Recommended Remediation Companies

Over the years we have observed the work of more than a hundred mold remediation companies throughout Southern California, and have found several to be competent, reliable and of high integrity.  Furthermore, we are fortunate to have the choice to associate with these companies because of their excellent reputation.  By experience, we have found that the most competent companies have well trained, well supervised work crews, not just well dressed, articulate, cost estimators.  The following companies meet these criteria.

Because remediation is expensive, and at the end will need to pass a project clearance inspection and testing, it is important that the remediation be performed correctly the first time.  Thus, one of the most consistent measures of a remediator's quality is their ability to pass the project clearance criteria on the first inspection.  We have observed that the following companies have the highest rates of passing on the first inspection.
